TOOLED PLYWOOD PARTS.  Our partner and producer of plywood parts has aprox. 500 employees working at their three factories in the Baltics. Total production and storage area is around 24.000 m². The company started in 1991 and the owner is taking directly part in the daily work. Production is certified by ISO 9001:2000 within the areas:  1) Further processing of plywood and timber products.  2) Production of plywood and timber products.

FURNITURE COMPONENTS – UV LACQUERED.   Plywood for furniture comp. in the species – aspen, pine, birch combi or entirely birch.             Normally glued for interior usage. Dimensions: Thickness normally from 18 -> 30 mm Sizes and models according to clients specifications. Can be delivered ready surface threated.

DRAWER COMPONENTS - DRILLED, PROFILED & UV LACQUERED.   Plywood for drawer comp. in the species – aspen, pine, birch combi or entirely birch.               Normally glued for interior usage. Dimensions: Thickness normally from 12 -> 18 mm Sizes and models according to clients specifications. Can be delivered with dowels inserted. Can be delivered ready surface threated with UV lacquer

CNC TOOLED COMPONENTS READY LACQUERED.   Plywood CNC tooled comp. in the species - aspen, pine, birch combi or entirely birch.           Normally glued for interior usage. Dimensions: Thickness normally from 12 -> 30 mm Sizes and models according to clients specifikations. Can be deliveret ready surface threated.

HANGING RAILS – PLINTHS – BED LAMELLAS.   Plywood comp. in the species – aspen, pine, birch combi or entirely birch.                              Normally glued for interior usage. Dimensions: Thickness normally from 8 -> 24 mm Delivered with exact cutting to length Sizes and models according to clients specifications. Can be delivered ready surface threated.

PLYWOOD CABLE DRUMS. Plywood for flanges in the species – aspen, pine, birch combi or entirely birch.                       Moist resistent (MR) moist proof (WBP) glue is available. Dimensions: Thickness on the flanges is normally from 4 -> 21 mm Diameter is normally from 300 -> 1500 mm Capacity: Up to 1,5 million flanges per month.

Plywood for flanges in the species – aspen, pine, birch combi or entirely birch.                   Parts can be delivered with RFID Tags inserted in the plywood if required!   Moist resistent (MR) moist proof (WBP) glue is available. Dimensions: Thickness on the flanges is normally from 4 -> 21 mm Diameter is normally from 300 -> 1500 mm Capacity: Up to 1,5 million flanges per month.

LASER VENEER.   Special plywood in Birch for laser cutting. Glued with interior or MR glue. Dimensions: Thickness  9 - 12 - 15 - 18 - 21 mm Sizes from 600 x 800 mm up to 1250 x 2500 mm Other plywood dimensions up to 100 mm thickness can be produced on own presses          for special purposes.

TGV PLYWOOD FOR FLOORING ETC.   Plywood with tongue and groove in the species – aspen, pine, birch combi or                          entirely birch. Glued with interior or MR glue. Dimensions: Thickness normally from 8 -> 21 mm Sizes normally 1520 x 1520 mm – 1200 x 2400 mm Can be delivered UV lacquered – film faced or oil threated for casting purposes

SCARF JOINTED PARTS FOR TRAILER DECKS UP TO 13,5 M.   ”Scarfjointed” material can be supplied in the dimensions up to 3.500 x 13.500 mm              in thickness from 4 -> 30 mm.

PACKING MATERIALS – PALLET BOXES ETC.   Plywood as packing material in the species – aspen, pine, birch combi or entirely birch.       Glued with interior or MR glue.
